About these terms

These terms apply when you use ogston.com, impactstoryteller.org and collective.impactstoryteller.org. The websites are run by Behind the Facade Limited, trading as Social Impact Storyteller, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 09199317. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

By using the websites you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Using the websites

You are welcome to read, share links to and download free resources for your own or your organisation’s use.

Please do not copy large parts of the content, misuse the forms, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the websites.

Photographs and content

Unless stated otherwise, the photographs, text, frameworks and other content on these websites belong to Matt Mahmood-Ogston or Behind the Facade Limited.

Please do not reuse photographs without written permission. Quoting a short extract with a credit and a link is fine. To license an image, email privacy@ogston.com.

Free resources and the newsletter

Free frameworks, templates, email courses and the newsletter are general guidance. Use them in your own work, but please do not resell them or republish them as your own.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

The Collective and cohorts

Membership of the Impact Storytelling Collective and places on cohorts are paid services. Prices, payment, cancellation and refund terms are shown when you sign up, and those terms apply alongside these.

Please treat other members and their stories with respect. I may remove posts or members that break the community guidelines.

Working with me

Photography, storytelling, workshops, consultancy and speaking are agreed in a separate proposal or contract, and those terms apply to that work.

Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract.

Liability and links

I work hard to keep the websites accurate and available, but they are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses from using them or from relying on general guidance on them.

Links to other websites are there for convenience. I am not responsible for their content.

Changes and the law

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
